BALL PROGRAM CONTRACT ORDER FORM

The Krewe of Armeinius is proud to present its 44th Annual Carnival Tableau Ball to be held at the Frederick J. Sigur Civic Center, 8245 West Judge Perez Dr, Chalmette, LA on Saturday, February 18, 2012.
Doors open at 7:45pm, tableau at 9:00pm.
Attire is strictly formal, tuxedo and long gowns. No costumes.

Please support Armeinius by placing an advertisement in our ball program. Mark the level of support you would like to contribute in the form below. Digital graphics need to be in high-resolution 300dpi…jpeg/pdf file format artwork, photo, business card, CD, and/or copy of your advertisement. Please do not provide any graphics, logos, or type saved from the internet as it is usually in 72dpi, a resolution that is NOT high enough for print and will not be legible. If you do not have prepared artwork/graphics, please type or print on a plain paper the copy you wish to have typeset for your advertisement. Be very specific about content of your ad.
